My Approach
I utilize a person-centered approach to help provide clarity about the therapeutic process along with developing a strong therapeutic relationship, which I believe is the foundation to working towards one's goals in therapy.

I currently work with children, adolescents, and adults suffering from anxiety, ADHD, depression and anger management. I use a wide variety of approaches including cognitive-behavioral and dynamic techniques to help each individual accomplish the goals they have set forth in therapy.
I previously worked at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University as part of a research team under the guidance of Dr. Ingrid Olson studying the connection between memory and the parietal lobe. After graduating from George Washington University, I worked as the Assistant Clinical Director and Intake Coordinator at the Expressive Therapy Center in Rockville, MD.
These past experiences helped me create a very comprehensive approach to clinical psychology in that I strongly believe and incorporate the connection between the mind and brain.
